Only users of the platform require a login with a username and password.
If you or any of your candidates or participants are being asked to complete an assessment, and clicking on a link, there is never any need to login.
Sometimes the inbuilt security token is removed when clicking on e-mails and we advise in this instance copying the link to the assessment to a brand new browser tab (rather than clicking on it directly)
If however you are a registered user of the platform, when your account was setup you were invited to create a password for your username, which is your work email address, and as such have used the platform before but have forgotten your password you can request to create a new one.
On the login page of each platform URL there is a forgotten password link.
If you click on the link you will be asked to add your username (this is your work email address), add this and then click on "Send Reset Request"
If this e-mail address is registered you will receive a link to create a new password, if this e-mail is not registered please refer to your customer success manager who will advise if you have a registered account and if so which e-mail was used.
