Re-Use Hiring Managers previous Survey completion

Hiring Managers are identified on the system by their E-mail address. So when a Hiring Manager is added to a Job Vacancy, and their E-mail is added. 


Should the Hiring Manager have completed the Survey previously under another Job Vacancy the system prompts you whether to send the survey again or to re-use a previous response.



Once a previous response is chosen, the Hiring Manager will not be sent another link to complete again, shortly after the job is created, or saved, the Hiring Managers completion will automatically show in the Job reporting.
