Culture Health Check now Environment and Values Analysis (EVA)

We have re-evaluated the terminology for the existing Culture Health Check and its components and made some subtle changes.

While the core functionality and on-screen experience remain unchanged, we are introducing refined terminology to better reflect the key elements it captures.

The Culture Health Check Survey will be renamed Environment and Values Analysis (EVA)

• Culture becomes VALUES
• Engagement becomes CONNECTION
• Health and Wellbeing becomes WELLBEING
• Promotor Score becomes SENTIMENT

The terminology on the reporting tabs, insights, charting and on the exported reports has been updated to reflect these changes.
