Question: Is it possible to create brand new job requirements and append them to those already in the recruitment module from the O*NET database utilized in the Recruit system?
Answer: This is currently not possible, please choose the best-fit job from those available. If you are not sure which job to pick, please send us your job title and description via your account manager and we will advise you on the closest available job to use.
We utilize O*NET - The Occupational Information Network (O*NET) is a largest most comprehensive database of worker attributes and job characteristics. Widely recognised as a key source of occupational information.
The O*NET database contains a rich set of variables that describe work and worker characteristics, including skill requirements.
*There are over 37,000 Job Title Name/keyword Lookups available when building a Vacancy.
When building your Vacancy, the field for << Select Role >> is keyword search friendly, helping you to find the best match for your Job Title.
If you search using most likely alternative keywords and you still feel there is no match or alternative please send your Account Manager, or Success Manager the Job Title and a clear description of what that Job Title/Role covers and we will provide you with the name of the best match or configure the Job Title after analysis, and where applicable implement it so it is shown in the Role Drop-down search.
