Question: Is it possible to adjust/customize the pre-set job requirements from the O*NET database utilized by the Recruit system?
Answer: These are set based on the best available data for the validity of the assessment process and are not currently configurable.
We utilize O*NET - The Occupational Information Network (O*NET) is a largest most comprehensive database of worker attributes and job characteristics. Widely recognised as a key source of occupational information.
The O*NET database contains a rich set of variables that describe work and worker characteristics, including skill requirements.
*There are over 37,000 Job Title Name/keyword Lookups available when building a Job.
When building your Job, the field for << Select Role >> is keyword search friendly, helping you to find the best match for your Job Title.
If you search using most likely alternative keywords and you still feel there is no match or alternative please send your Account or Success Manager the Job Title and a clear description of what that Job Title/Role covers and we will provide you with the name of the best match or configure the Job Title after analysis, and where applicable implement it so it is shown in the Job Drop-down search.
