Can you help me find a specific Job Role / Job Title?

Question: When I type in my Job Title it's not listed in the Recruit system.

Answer: We utilize the Occupational Information Network (O*NET) which is a comprehensive database of worker attributes and job characteristics. Widely recognised as a key source of occupational information.

It's possible the exact name of the role you are building does not show in the drop-down/search.

Please try and identify what the closest match is likely to be using your Industry experience, for example "Sales Executive" may not show but "Sales Representative" will and you can name the Vacancy Sales Executive and this is what is presented to the Candidate and Manager.

When building your Vacancy, the field for << Select Role >> is keyword search friendly, helping you to find the best match for your Job Title.

If you search using most likely alternative keywords and you still feel there is no match or alternative please discuss with your Account Manager, or your Success Manager, who will require the Job Title and a clear description of what that Job Title/Role covers. We can then provide you with the name of the best match or configure the Job Title after analysis, and where applicable implement it so it is shown in the Role Drop-down search.
