A Candidate survey is comprised of two parts, Part 1 is a Personality questionnaire containing 50 Questions.
Designed around the Big 5 Personality Model, a recognised, validated, and reliable index that enables us to understand how different personalities can affect individuals & groups.
The results of which are assessed against the Job Role, provided by an occupational taxonomy database - a catalogue of over 37,000 job roles that have been scientifically researched to determine the ideal personalities and attributes best suited for the specific job functions and the demands of the role.
Candidates are asked to rate a number of statements which helps to determine their personality profile using a 5-point scale. Full Instructions are shown on the platform.
