We have introduced the ability to choose which assessment sections are included for a vacancy. Enabling you to to choose from Work Styles or Values only, or both when creating a job.
Note: Depending on your contract/permissions you may also be able to see an assessment section of "Safety"
Choose your assessment sections
We have now developed functionality that enables you to choose which of Work Styles and Values assessments you want to include, or both as before. Please note that both assessment sections are included by default, therefore any existing jobs will remain with both sections, as will any new ones unless you choose to tailor the assessment sections you would like to use.
The assessments themselves have not changed it's simply that you can decide now which to send for a vacancy; Work Styles is the personality questionnaire, and Values relates to what a candidate desires most in a working environment. There are tooltips for guidance.
Note: You will not be able to change the sections you chose to include in a vacancy retrospectively.
Respondents, when clicking on their assessment link, will be shown a list of the assessments they have been assigned and can choose to complete in one sitting, resume where they left off, or even start again.
The assessment link in the email invite will take participants back to the candidate assessment summary page. If they have not fully completed, they can see their progress and continue from where they left off.
