Self Registration Links for Jobs

Modified on Fri, 10 May at 2:13 PM

Self-registration job links allow participants to register for and complete the assessments without specifically being added by the recruiting organisation.

This allows recruiting organisations to give access to the platform to a wider range of participants via various methods, such as job boards, Intranets, Newsletters etc.

Users can create self-register assessment URL’s for a job, in the Candidates Tab in a Job there is "Assessment Links"

By clicking on "Assessment links" users can create a self registration link for the job

These URL’s can be given an appropriate name, and users can choose to enable the “view profile” for those completing the assessment via the URL.

"view profile" is something that enables the Candidate/s to view a work styles and cultural preferences profile of their survey completion as soon as the Submit it, they can also download the profile to a pdf. so consider if you want them to be able to do this.

Once a URL is created users can copy the URL to send out to the recruiting organisation for distribution.

Once created and distributed, the user will be able to view the number of participants who have registered and the number of participants that have completed.

Once the link is active users will also be able to see details of who has registered and completed by hovering over the numbers shown under those labels.

Participants accessing the self-registration URL by whichever means, will be able to self-register for the Work Styles and Culture Preferences evaluation for this job through this URL. They will be asked to enter their name and email address and will be sent an email invitation to the evaluation.

When a participant submits their details via the registration page, the participants details will be stored

and the candidate evaluation link and instructions will be sent to the participant via email almost instantaneously.

Once the link is active, users will also be able to see details of who has registered and completed by clicking on the numbers shown under those labels.

After monitoring progress and discussing with the appropriate hiring organisation, the user will be able

to choose to deactivate the URL. This is simply disabling the URL, all the Participants completions will still be in place and show in the job and any reporting, however once disabled no new participants will be able to register for the job using that URL.
