What Cultural Factors/Values are used for the TEAM fit profile?

The TEAM Fit profile displays the hiring manager’s scores for 13 different Cultural values as determined from the Workplace Culture Questionnaire.


The 5 highest scoring values are displayed by default, with all values available to be displayed by selecting ‘View all Values’.


The 13 Values captured in the questionnaire are as follows:
