Throughout the platform under the majority of charts there is an ? icon; "Explain this chart to me", this launches pop-out Chart Guides.

The below shows what an "Explain this Chart to me" guide looks like for the Chart under:

Team Dynamics > Candidate Connection

Overview

This chart shows how the scores for the candidate and the hiring team for each cultural factor rank against each other factor. The rankings for both parties for each factor are plotted against each other, with the candidate's ranking shown on the horizontal axis, and the hiring team's rankings shown on the vertical axis.

The ranks are from 1 - 13, with 1 being the most important factor and 13 being the least important factor.

The quadrants in the chart identify where the candidate and hiring team are aligned or misaligned:

The top right quadrant is shown as Team High - Candidate High

  • This means the cultural factors shown in this area are important to both parties when compared to the other factors

The top left quadrant is shown as Team High - Candidate Low

  • This means the cultural factors shown in this area are important to the hiring team but not the candidate when compared to the other factors

The bottom right quadrant is shown as Team Low - Candidate High

  • This means the cultural factors shown in this area are important to the candidate but not the hiring team when compared to the other factors

The bottom left quadrant is shown as Team Low - Candidate Low

  • This means the cultural factors shown in this area are less important to both the hiring team and the candidate when compared to the other factors

This chart shows the importance of a cultural factor compared to the other factors, but not by how much.  For example, it's possible to see that Team Cohesion is more important to the candidate than Results, but how much more important. For this information, it is necessary to view the Cultural Factors Scores chart.
