Assessment Status Messages in reports

When reviewing the report section for a Job,  we now present the appropriate message to match that of the Assessment  Status of the Hiring Manager and/or Candidate. Making it clear that a Hiring Manager has not been added, or not yet completed, and where a candidate has not yet completed, therefore reminders will be required to ensure completion.

The appropriate reporting and charting for Job and Team fit will be presented, dependent on the status:

• Manager not Completed

  • Candidate Message – No Team Fit score is available for the candidate
  • General Message – The Hiring managers Scores are unavailable as they have not completed the questionnaire

• Candidate Not Completed

  • The Candidates scores are unavailable as they have not completed the assessment

• Candidate and Manager not completed

  • No Team Fit score is available for the candidate
  • The Hiring managers Scores are unavailable as they have not completed the questionnaire
  • The Candidates scores are unavailable as they have not completed the assessment
