Overall Role Fit Status


When viewing the Role fit profile for the candidate, you are presented with the candidates Overall Role Fit Status. 

The status shown will be one of:

  • Great Fit
  • Good fit
  • Explore Further


These are set against statistical norms which means they are calculated by analysing a large sample size to establish the standard ranges of fit and then categorised into Great Fit, Good Fit, and Explore Further

It's obvious from the chart that the order of importance for the role is:


Conscientious > Emotion Control > Conceptual > Supportive > Outgoing


The candidate is then overlaid to show how they have ranked the 5 traits in order of importance corresponding to their responses: Emotion Control > Outgoing > Conceptual > Supportive > Conscientious


Individual Role Fit Trait Status


When viewing the Job fit profile for the candidate, the user is able to view the job fit status for each personality trait (Trait Status) - The available Trait Statuses are:

  • Great Fit
  • Good fit
  • Explore Further


These are set against statistical norms which means they are calculated by analysing a large sample size to establish the standard ranges of fit and then categorised into Great Fit, Good Fit, and Explore Further


Alongside the Status for each trait (Great Fit, Good Fit, Explore Further) will be the Trait importance ranking (1 to 5) 1 being the most important:



The system is designed as an enabler, not a blocker, finding misalignments so that they can be discussed and addressed in the interview phase.  This reduces the likelihood of rebates and mismatches between candidate and team in the future.  

  

Insight and actions are delivered to improve the dialogue between candidates and hiring manager. The system will suggest questions that can be asked to help a hiring manager at interview, focus on the right areas.
