Candidate Side Bar

The previous option to select candidates in the job reports was simple to use but difficult to navigate when viewing lots of candidates. 

This has been replaced by the Candidate Side Bar, an expandable and searchable menu that makes it easy to keep track of all of your candidates.

Once a candidate is selected, it’s easy to navigate to their full report, export their report, find another candidate to switch in or clear them altogether.

You can select a candidate:

Once you click on select candidate you are presented with a searchable list of all candidates with their job and team fit Status:

Once you click on a candidate the reporting will reflect that choice.
