We're excited to introduce "TAGS" in the MyPeople Recruit platform, allowing you to categorize and organize candidates flexibly. Now, you can tag candidates by whatever factors you like, such as industry, location, role, skills, recruitment project, or any other custom identifier you choose.
Tags can be added to candidates in the Candidates table, when creating Jobs, and when creating self-registration links.
Additionally, we've enhanced search filters to include Tags, making it easy to find candidates by a single or combination of tags in the candidate table, job listings, and job reports.
Candidate Tags
Users can now see and add identifying "Tags" to candidates in the Candidates Table under the Candidates Tab. They can select from existing tags or create, save, and apply new ones.
Viewing & Adding Candidate Tags
In this example below the Candidate has 7 identifying Tags. If there were none present just the Tags edit button would show.
To add a Tag click on the Pencil edit icon and add a new tag by typing in the tag name and hitting enter, then click on the tick to Save.
Note: As you type existing tags will be presented to you.
Note: Remember to hit enter to add the tag/s before hitting Save.
You can see now that the candidate has 8 tags including the newly entered tag we called "New Tag" all of these tags are now tied to the candidate and can be used when searching/filtering.
Delete/remove a Candidate Tag
Review your tags, and if one isn't relevant to the candidate, for instance 'Hybrid' in the given example, remove it. Click the pencil icon, hit the 'x' for the tag, and confirm with the tick.
The "Hybrid" tag has now been removed for this Candidate.
Viewing Candidates & Filtering on Tags in the Candidate Table
In the candidate Table there is now a way to filter the candidates based on their Tags. Click on the filter icon next to the search bar to bring up the Tag Filter.
Use tags to filter candidates. As you start typing, relevant existing tags will pop up. For instance, to filter remote candidates, just type, select 'Remote', and apply.
The table now reflects the filter applied to the Tag "Remote" and only candidates with that Tag are presented.
Adding Tags to Candidates whilst creating a Job
Now, as you add candidates to a job, you can individually tag them using a new icon.
You can also tag all candidates added to the job simultaneously. For instance, one candidate may be tagged "Remote", another "Finance", but both could share a "Manufacturing" tag.
Viewing Candidate Tags inside a Job
Once tags are added individually or to all candidates as part of the job creation process those tags will reflect in candidates area with the job.
Filtering on Candidate Tags inside a Job
The job details page for Candidates now includes the ability to filter on Tags.
Adding Tags to Self-registration Links
Tags can also be added to Self-registration links, meaning all candidates will be tagged with those that apply to the link.
Filtering candidates on tags inside Job reporting
Whilst viewing candidates inside the Job reporting you are now able to apply a filter on the Tags.
