Previously some core actions were only available in specific areas, to make this more user friendly we have developed the Actions panel.
Allowing users to be able to easily get to the functions they need, and also to bring up an expanded Actions area to bring up all other related/relevant actions without having to go into specific areas/screens.
The Actions drop down menu will be shown in various areas of the platform; Jobs, Job Details & Candidates. The Actions menu does not replace the other individual functions, just makes it quicker and easier to perform them.
Whilst viewing the Job Vacancies list. Under the Actions menu there is core functions listed: Create Job, Create Leadership Job (Permissions dependent) Add Candidates and "View All Actions"
Choose "View all actions" for an expanded list of actions:
Specific Actions will be shown dependent on the area, for example if in Job Details for any job the actions will be associated to Jobs, so actions such as adding candidates, sharing the job etc.
The same applies for the Candidate Table, if viewing the list of Candidates the Actions button will be most relevant to Candidates.
