Overview

This chart shows the difference between the candidate’s scores and those of the hiring manager.


When the Team Focus view is selected, the hiring team's scores are shown as a baseline of 0, with the difference to the candidate’s scores then shown above or below that baseline. This shows which factors matter more to the candidate, and more to the hiring team, and by how much.


When the Candidate Focus view is selected, the candidate’s scores are shown as a baseline of 0, with the difference to the hiring team's scores then shown above or below that baseline. This shows which factors matter more to the candidate, and more to the hiring team, and by how much.

  1. Is a cultural factor more important to the hiring team than another cultural factor and by how much?
  2. Is a cultural factor more important to the candidate than another cultural factor and by how much?

How to interpret this chart


Team Focus

  • When viewing the Team Focus option for the chart, the bars to the right of the vertical baseline are for those factors that the candidate has scored higher than the hiring team. The bars to the left of the vertical baseline are those factors that the candidate has scored lower than the hiring team. The larger the bar, the bigger the difference between the two parties.

Candidate Focus

  • When viewing the Candidate Focus option for the chart, the bars to the right of the vertical baseline are for those factors that the hiring team has scored higher than the candidate. The bars to the left of the vertical baseline are those factors that the hiring team has scored lower than the candidate. The larger the bar, the bigger the difference between the two parties.
