Shortlisting Candidates

There is now the ability to Shortlist candidates inside a job and then filter on that shortlist throughout the reporting.

Simply click on the Shortlist star in the Shortlist column to add candidates to the Shortlist

When viewing any reporting there is the ability to restrict the candidates shown to this Shortlist

In addition,  if you wish to share a job to a stakeholder you can choose to share ALL or just the shortlisted candidates, any changes made by the Job Owner will reflect with the Sharee.
